Dickens in London
Antony Sher, Samuel Barnett and Alex Jennings all play Dickens in a five-part adaptation of his journalistic works from February 6-10 at 10.45 on BBC Radio 4.
Alex Jennings is one of Britain's best theatre actors. In recent years he has been seen in such various parts as Professor Higgins in "My Fair Lady", George Bush in "Stuff Happens", Benjamin Britten in "The Habit of Art" and Voltaire in "Candide". He has also been involved in film, radio and television productions ranging from "Riot at the Rite" to "Bridget Jones" and "The Queen".
