Steve McQueen's Blitz premiered during the Opening Night Gala of the 2024 BFI London Film Festival on Wednesday (October 9) at The Royal Festival Hall in London. Alex attended the premiere. He plays the part of Victor Smythe. The film will be available on Apple+ from November 22.

Shakespeare's First Folio

Alex was one of the actors attending a special event at Grosvenor House in Mayfair to celebrate the 400-year-anniversary of the publication of Shakespeare's First Folio. The event was attended by Queen Camilla. Other actors attending were Brian Cox, Jeremy Irons, Freddie Fox, Robert Lindsay, Sam West, Judi Dench, Vanessa Redgrave, Patricia Routledge, Harriet Walter and several others.
