A Very Royal Scandal

Alex will play Sir Edward Young in a new three-part series on Prime Video which will explore Prince Andrew's Newsnight interview titled A Very Royal Scandal.
Set to star in the new show are Michael Sheen (Good Omens) as Prince Andrew and Ruth Wilson (The Woman in the Wall) as journalist Emily Maitlis.

Elegie - A Heart in Exile

Alex will be back with Lucy Parham in Elegie, the programme about Rachmaninoff. This time at the Canterbury Festival on 2 November.

Shake

Alex appeared in the SHAKE festival in Aldeburgh last weekend. The festival celebrates the work of Shakespeare.

Britten and Auden

Alex will appear at the South Bank Centre on 5 November in "Perfection, of a Kind: Britten vs Auden". Presented by the City of London Sinfonia and the London Review of Books it is about the collaboration between Britten and Auden, featuring some of their works. Alex will take part in extracts from the play "Habit of Art", about the relationship between the poet and the composer.

Shakespeare and the Law

Christmas again!

Looks like Alex has been out skiing, filming the sequel to Your Christmas or Mine? The film will be out on Prime Video this December.

Mr Bates vs The Post Office

Alex is set to appear in a new ITV factual drama about the recent post office scandal. Toby Jones will play Mr Bates, other parts to be playes by Monica Dolan, Ian Hart and Lia Williams.
