The Bridge theatre has just announced new dates for the Southbury Child (Hurrah!)
The play will now run at the Bridge from 1 July to 27 August next year, and will first run at Chichester.

This Is Going To Hurt
Alex will appear in the new BBC series "This Is Going to Hurt", based on the book by Adam Kay. Ben Whishaw is the lead character, junior doctor Adam. Alex plays Mr Lockhart, a consultant and Adam’s domineering boss.

Darkness Rising
Filming has started in Wales on "Darkness Rising", a new Channel 4 drama. Alex is named as one of the cast members. The series stars Mark Rylance and Simon Pegg. Earlier stories, and IMDb have the title of this series as "The Undeclared War", and Alex is said to play a character called David Neal. The six-part series is written and directed by Peter Kosminsky and is said to be about cybersecurity.

Afterplay
Brian Friel's "Afterplay" was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 on 22 March, starring Alex and Janie Dee. It is still available on the website, until 20 April.
